Associate Partner, Building Surveying

Colin Hope has pursued a career in construction from an early age ultimately obtaining a degree with Honours in Building Surveying. His professional career started in private practice in Watford, primarily servicing the requirements of a major distribution client, implementing their planned maintenance programme.

Over the last 20 plus years, Colin has had the opportunity to work on a great variety of projects for both private and commercial clients, practicing the core Building Surveying skills.

Projects have included the repair and refurbishment of industrial premises, design and supervision of vicarages, extensions to headquarter buildings, fire damage reinstatement, residential conversions for Housing Associations and many more.

Seeking a new challenge, Colin joined the established Building Surveying team at Kirkby & Diamond Chartered Surveyors and now heads up the Luton Building Surveying team as Associate Partner.
