Kirkby & Diamond Chartered Surveyors have promoted Piers Willmott to Head of QS & Building Surveying. Piers joined Kirkby & Diamond’s Milton Keynes office in January 2008 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. He had previously held senior positions in private practice, commercial high tech and public sector organisations and brought with him a wealth of experience working on significantly successful projects.

Before joining the firm, Piers was Head of Property for one of the region’s largest Housing Associations and brings extensive knowledge of the affordable housing sector, both from a development as well as an asset management point of view. Previous positions have seen him being involved with large private and public sector contracts including; retail, large commercial, schools and court buildings.

Since joining Kirkby & Diamond, Piers has been instrumental in procuring a number of key projects within the education sector as well as a range of commercial and industrial clients. Working with the existing team of Building Surveyors, Piers is looking forward to bringing a full range of services to clients who see the benefits of the Kirkby & Diamond multidisciplinary approach to serving client needs.
