Kirkby & Diamond Milton Keynes appoint new Senior Development Surveyor

Simon Cherrill has joined Kirkby & Diamond’s Milton Keynes office as a Senior Development Surveyor.

Simon moved from Caldecotte Consultants where he provided advice on and derived value from client land and property holdings, having previously worked for Oakmoor Estates and Laing Homes identifying, promoting and acquiring residential and mixed use immediate and strategic development sites.

Simon’s role at Kirkby & Diamond will be to support and expand the firm’s existing planning & development business.
