Kirkby & Diamond Milton Keynes appoint Piers Willmott as new Senior Quantity Surveyor

Piers Willmott joined Kirkby & Diamond’s Milton Keynes office in January as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Piers has previously held senior positions in private practice, commercial high tech and public sector organisations. He brings a wealth of experience working on significantly successful projects.

Most recently, Piers was Head of Property for one of the region’s largest Housing Associations and brings extensive knowledge of the affordable housing sector, both from a development as well as an asset management point of view. Previous positions have seen him being involved with large private and public sector contracts including; retail, large commercial, schools and court buildings.

By joining Kirkby & Diamond, Piers re-establishes a previous working relationship with the firm’s Associate Partner & Head of Quantity Surveying, Peter Turner. Piers is keen to develop work in conjunction  with the cross divisional team, working on projects from acquisition through to planning and future development, to ensure  the highest value service is delivered to clients.tively to the continued growth of our firm.”
