Kirkby & Diamond Milton Keynes appoint Jay Raj as new Senior Agency Surveyor

Jay Raj has joined Kirkby & Diamond’s Milton Keynes office, as a Senior Agency Surveyor, following private practice in Hertfordshire since 1999.

Jay, a property graduate, specialises in the commercial property capital markets transactional sector with work including acquisitions and disposals in the industrial,
retail and office sectors.

He has worked extensively throughout the northern home counties and London including The City and the West End. His remit at Kirkby & Diamond Chartered Surveyors is to further develop the firm’s commercial property agency
within Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.

Jay has had additional experience in the fields of Landlord and Tenant, investment, development, planning and property management as well as providing consultancy to both owners and occupiers.

Clients have included City funds, property companies, overseas corporates, public quoted UK firms and public
sector bodies in addition to blue chip investors, owners and occupiers.
