Head of QS and Building Surveying

Piers Willmott joined Kirkby and Diamond in January 2008 having previously been Head of Property for one of the regions largest housing associations. He has over 25 years' experience within the construction industry and particularly within Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy gained over a wide range of projects.

Previous positions have been with a large national practice as well as being the Head of Quantity Surveying. Project experience has been within education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, civil engineering, sale and affordable housing and leisure. More recently Piers has worked with a number of leading law firms providing independent expert advice and dispute resolution services.

Piers’ experience is with many well known companies as well as public sector bodies. Education and housing have consistently featured strongly within his portfolio of past schemes with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

In addition to his surveying roles Piers has also acted in the role of Planning Supervisor, now known as the CDM Co-ordinator.

Piers has become a well know face within the local area having delivered short presentations to networking events drawing on his years of experience.
