For many years Kirkby & Diamond have carried out the role of Planning Supervisor under the 1994 Construction Design & development (CDM) Regulations. Many years of experience stand the firm in good stead to recognise potential problems and risks in the construction and maintenance of buildings and the importance of good welfare facilities.
Following the introduction of the new CDM Regulations in April 2007 Kirkby & Diamond now carry out the role of CDM Co-ordinator. The firm's surveyors recognise the duties and responsibilities of all parties to construction work and ensure that Clients are both aware of their new duties and are able to fulfill them.
