Partner, Head of Commercial Agency, Luton

Eamon Kennedy joined Kirkby and Diamond in September 2000 to assist the commercial property agency department, along with training to become a chartered surveyor.

Qualifying in April 2005, he was promoted to Associate Partner and in February 2008 he was appointed as a full partner of the firm. Eamon heads the commercial property agency department within Luton.

With a reputation for thinking outside the box, Eamon brings new and ambitious ideas on property. His established clients lie not only within the Luton area but expand to Birmingham and as far as Isle of Man with portfolios encompassing retail, office and industrial properties ranging to upwards of £16 million.

In addition to commercial agency he is also involved with working for major clearing banks carrying out secure lending valuations. This includes the valuation of industrial office and retail property together with development appraisals.
