Building Surveyor

Mark, a Chartered Building Surveyor, joined Kirkby & Diamond in July 2008. He carries out a building surveying role within the construction division department covering both the Milton Keynes and Luton offices.

Mark carries out a range of building surveying services including schedules of condition, building surveys, dilapidation and party wall matters for commercial properties. In addition to this, Mark works for residential clients undertaking building surveys, party wall matters and diagnostic inspections.

Working within the construction division enables Mark to work on project management roles for commercial, residential and education based clients, taking projects from inception through to completion.
