Kirkby and Diamond Chartered Surveyors was established in Milton Keynes in 1980. Both Henry Diamond (founding partner and now consultant) and Peter Wilson (Partner) were actively involved in the early days of the development of Milton Keynes having spent a number of years with Milton Keynes Development Corporation.

The Milton Keynes office provides probably the broadest range of skills of any surveying practice in the town including valuation, property agency, Landlord and Tenant advice, property management, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management, compulsory purchase advice and planning consultancy.

The Milton Keynes office covers Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and parts of Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire. As a focus for regional development, Milton Keynes continues to expand at a rapid rate and it also forms a major element in the Government’s Milton Keynes and South Milton Keynes Growth Strategy.

Kirkby and Diamond is a member of the Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce and is active within the business community. Clients include national and multi-national businesses, local authorities, utilities, professionals such as banks, solicitors and architects and the education sector.

The Milton Keynes office works closely with the Luton office to share particular knowledge of the M1 corridor and the expertise of  the Fire Risk Assessors and Asbestos Surveyors.
