Peter Wilson has over 30 years’ experience in the valuation of industrial, commercial and residential property. The last 20 years have been in private practice following 8 years with Milton Keynes Development Corporation, latterly as estates manager. His experience in both the corporate and private sector give him a close understanding of client needs.

Much of his time is spent carrying out secured lending valuations for the major clearing banks and asset valuations. These include valuations for industrial, commercial and retail property, together with both residential and commercial development appraisals. In addition Peter undertakes rent reviews and lease renewal work.

The commercial department, which Peter leads, is also responsible for the acquisition and disposal of industrial, commercial and retail property.
