Kirkby Diamond’s ongoing work at Bilton Way Industrial Estate on the edge of Luton is a testament to our collaborative approach, highlighting the remarkable results we achieve for our clients. The estate, located 2 miles from the M1 motorway, comprises 49 units totalling 420,000 sq ft.
Recently, our Industrial & Logistics team has been instrumental in the estate’s success, securing tenants for 40,000 sq ft across three units, with an additional 25,000 sq ft currently under offer.
Teamwork at the Core of Our Success
What sets us apart is our emphasis on teamwork. Throughout the project, our teams have leveraged each other’s expertise to simplify complex processes and deliver results.
In collaboration with our Industrial & Logistics team, our Building Consultancy team was appointed to manage a number of dilapidations and project management instructions necessary to prepare the units for occupancy, ensuring minimal costs for the client. Meanwhile, the Industrial & Logistics team provided strategic advice, securing lettings at higher-than-expected rental rates, in collaboration with our Lease Advisory team.
Ongoing Success and Future Plans
The momentum continues to build. Our Industrial & Logistics team continues to provide strategic advice and is currently promoting several units available for lease on the estate, and our Building Consultancy team is overseeing further work on 80,000 sq ft across multiple units. Additionally, our lease advisory team is managing rent reviews and lease renewals to ensure favourable outcomes for all parties.
