Commercial Property Agent (Graduate /Junior)

Location and hours:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (finishing at 5:00 pm on Fridays).

Primarily based at one of the following office locations:

• Milton Keynes (Shenley Wood)
• Luton (Capability Green)
• St Albans (Victoria Street).

Overview:

We're looking for a Graduate Surveyor or Junior Commercial Agent to join our team. You'll be:

• Supporting the delivery of agency services across the region, working from our Milton Keynes, Luton, or St Albans office.
• Promoting the Kirkby Diamond brand and services to a broad audience, while developing your professional profile in the industry.
• Actively marketing and publicising properties that Kirkby Diamond is instructed on.
• Collaborating with other departments within the organisation to identify and promote cross-selling opportunities.

What are we looking for?:

• For graduates, a degree in a RICS accredited property course.
• Experience in commercial property agency transactions is preferable.
• A Levels & GCSE’s.
