Building Survey of Public House for Country Estate in Buckinghamshire

Overview

Kirkby Diamond was instructed to carry out a Building Survey of a Listed Public House on behalf of a prominent country estate in Buckinghamshire. Our Building Consultancy team was tasked with inspecting the property and producing a detailed report outlining the repairs required to bring the former public house back to a condition suitable for reopening and operation.

As part of the survey, we also identified any works likely to require statutory consent. We then conducted a search of the public domain to confirm whether the appropriate permissions had been obtained.

Result

Our Building Surveyors delivered a comprehensive report, enabling our client to clearly understand the scope of works necessary to return the property to a standard appropriate for use as a public house.
