The acquisition extends Eddisons’ footprint to cover the entire M1 corridor and aligns with the firm’s strategy to reinforce its service offering and expand its market coverage. It follows their recent acquisition of Network Auctions, strengthening their auction capability across the south of England.

The acquisition of Kirby Diamond increases Eddisons’ UK offices to over 35 and takes its workforce to more than 500 people. Last year the firm recorded a revenue of over £46m.
