BTG Eddisons (incorporating Kirkby Diamond) has appointed David Parker as a director at its Milton Keynes office, as the national property consultancy continues to expand its land, development and agency capabilities across the region.
David joins as director of transactional services and operations from Bidwells, where he was a partner in the mixed-use development team focused on projects across the Oxford to Cambridge Arc.
During his career, David has advised landowners, developers, university colleges and institutional clients in unlocking development potential and delivering long-term /strategic objectives.
In his new role, David will play a leading part in the firm’s transactional department, working closely with the land, planning and development and agency teams, while supporting regional managing partner Luke Tillison on operational strategy. A core focus will be strengthening alignment between teams, particularly on major land and development projects.
David said:
“I’m delighted to be joining BTG Eddisons at an important stage in its growth. The firm has a strong reputation in agency, and there is a clear opportunity to build on that platform and further strengthen its presence in the land and development space.
“Having worked extensively with landowners and institutional clients on complex regeneration and mixed-use schemes, I’m looking forward to helping strengthen the connection between transactional and strategic advisory work. My ambition is to support the team in securing and delivering major land and development projects, while ensuring we maintain a long-term perspective on value creation and stewardship.”
Luke Tillison, regional managing partner at BTG Eddisons, said:
“David’s appointment marks a major step forward for our Milton Keynes office and our wider transactional services offering. He brings an exceptional depth of experience in development consultancy and regeneration, as well as a strong track record advising landowners and institutions on complex, large-scale projects.
“His expertise in development strategy and site assembly will be invaluable as we continue to grow our land, planning and development and agency teams. Just as importantly, he will play a central role in aligning our teams and enhancing collaboration across the business, ensuring we deliver consistently high-quality advice on major schemes across the South East.”
