Building Survey Listed Property

Kirkby & Diamond were instructed to undertake a full building survey of a Listed Property in Bedfordshire. The property consisted of a large dwelling with extensive grounds and additional barns.
The property had undergone significant alterations during its life, which meant a thorough building survey was recommended. We were able to advise the potential purchaser on present and upcoming issues. Following the building survey, the purchaser was able to make an informed decision about the purchase.
