Housing Land Promotion Agreement exchanged on 12-acre greenfield site in Milton Keynes

Our Land, Planning & Development team has exchanged with Obsidian Strategic on a 12-acre greenfield site, with potential to deliver around 100 dwellings in Milton Keynes. The site forms part of a Regulation 18 Draft Allocation in the MK City Plan 2050. Our team acted on behalf of the landowners in negotiating the promotion agreement.
