Kirkby Diamond celebrates 20th anniversary of Luton office

December 19, 2017

Local businesses and clients joined us for a party to remember at The Bear Club on Guildford Street, where everyone enjoyed the unique atmosphere of the jazz venue and live band providing a soundtrack for the event.

Jean Howe, partner and our resident “Bear”, said: “To celebrate the event, we wanted to do something not seen in Luton before. I visit the venue regularly and as a member feel few local businesses know about it. The opportunity to do something different for our 20th anniversary was a must for us.”

Eamon Kennedy, partner and head of agency, said: “Following the move to our new premises on Chobham Street in 2016, the event was an ideal platform to showcase how the firm has changed in the last 20 years.

“With Luton now a hotspot for commercial property, the event also gave us the opportunity to showcase our more recent achievements, including winning the Estates Gazette’s Most Active Agent for Bedfordshire from 2014-2017.”

Kirkby Diamond arrived in Luton in 1997, following the company’s merger with Roger Evans Chartered Surveyors.

From all at Kirkby Diamond, we would like to thank everyone who was able to attend. We look forward to what the next 20 years will bring – not just for us as a firm, but also for Luton.
