Ueshima Coffee’s (UCC) new UK headquarters in Linford Wood

Milton Keynes’ commercial property market has been given a fresh shot of energy as Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) secured a landmark deal with leading coffee business, UCC, for its new UK headquarters at Linford Wood.
The Japanese total coffee solution brand, known for premium coffee brand, Ueshima, private label and portfolio of coffee machines, will move into a modern facility designed to support growth and innovation. The new headquarters spans 44,523 sq ft, split between office space and a high-spec warehouse, with scope for future expansion.
Currently based in Tilbrook, UCC employs 169 people in Milton Keynes and will relocate to Linford Wood under a long lease that includes potential for expansion on adjacent land. The transaction was facilitated by Kirkby Diamond (now part of Eddisons), demonstrating strong collaboration with MKDP to retain a global business in Milton Keynes.
