Homes site at historic park is launched to market

The sale of land in Milton Keynes with outline planning permission for 60 new homes has been launched.
The 2.69-acre development site is situated at Campbell Park, which was recently awarded Grade II status by Historic England due to its historic interest and innovative design.
Being sold on behalf of the landowner, the site has permission for 60 new high quality apartments. The affordable housing requirement is 30%.
The planning permission provides for the construction of 40 one-bedroom apartments and 20 two-bedroom duplex apartments totaling 47,346 sq ft. A full legal and technical pack is available. It is one of a number of sites being marketed by Kirkby Diamond.

Campbell Park is situated next to the Grand Union canal and close to all of the Central Milton Keynes amenities. It is a short walk from the shopping centre, theatre district and Xscape leisure complex.
It is also close to the new McMullins’ pub currently being constructed as part of Crest Nicholson’s new marina development which includes amenities such as a café, restaurant and a mix of retail units.
Milton Keynes is one of the fastest growing towns in the UK and has exceptionally high levels of employment. In recent years, economic growth has been the highest in the UK. Growth forecasts remain very positive partly due to the town’s central location within the OxCam Arc Growth Corridor and planned infrastructure invetsments including East – West Rail.
