Industrial Unit Letting

The Parks Trust has let two of its landscape depots which were marketed for the first time.

Both depots were let swiftly even though the use had to remain in the light industrial/assembly sector.

One depot at Clerkenwell Place, Springfield, was taken by IT services provider, OTT Internet Ltd.

The other unit was successfully taken by Delta Plus Engineering of Luton, who have now moved into the depot at Wadesmill Lane, Caldecotte.
