Helping Snoots vets take the lead with London expansion

December 16, 2024

A veterinary practice is expanding its footprint in London after agreeing a deal to open a new clinic in the capital.

In one of the largest lettings in the area this year, Snoots has signed a 10-year lease at Gateway Mews, Ringway, in New Southgate. This new clinic adds to Snoots' existing location at Camden Walk in Islington.

Kirkby Diamond acted on behalf of a private landlord in securing the deal, highlighting our ongoing growth in the London commercial property market.

Snoots’ new premises form part of a modern, secure, thriving business centre. The hybrid unit, which has previously been used for offices/warehousing and e-commerce, is being converted into a state-of-the-art clinic for the treatment of pets.

Paul Quy, partner said: “We are thrilled to have completed this letting to Snoots, enabling them to bring their exciting new all-inclusive business model to pet owners in north London.

“We believe it is the largest office deal in this region of London this quarter, demonstrating the growing geographic reach and influence of Kirkby Diamond, particularly following our acquisition of Bowyer Bryce.”

Snoots is London’s first all-inclusive vet clinic. Unlimited in-clinic visits, x-rays, blood tests, vaccinations, neutering, travel certificates, telehealth, and more are included in one affordable monthly membership.
