In a 10 month marketing period, 9 industrial occoupiers viewed the warehouse which incorpoates HQ style offices within the indutrial building and 3 offers were received for continued industrial and warehouse use.
Terms were successfully negotiated with a Milton Keynes based industrial company and the sale completed on schedule.
