Suites available in prominent Milton Keynes office block

August 28, 2018

Businesses have the chance to take office suites in a newly refurbished development in Milton Keynes city centre.

Commercial property consultancy Kirkby Diamond has been appointed joint marketing agent by the landlord of Sovereign Court, in Witan Gate, where there are three offices and two retail units available.

Nick Bosworth, commercial agency surveyor, said: “Sovereign Court is a great business facility in the heart of Milton Keynes. It is well placed for city centre shopping and restaurants and is also a short walk from the railway and bus stations.

“The location and high specification attracts recruitment agencies, property sales and lettings agents, as well as solicitors, and the suites that are now available are ideal for growing companies who want to take the next step up.

“The retail units are also ideal for local companies or franchising wanting to take advantage of a city centre location. We’ll be using our local expertise to attract new tenants to the building and look forward to welcoming new companies soon.”

Sovereign Court is a prominent building, fronting Witan Gate, and is clad in Bath stone, incorporating bronze tinted double-glazed windows. A recent refurbishment programme has included refurbishment of the internal and external common areas and facilities, as well as upgrading of individual suites.

Kirkby Diamond is marketing a first floor open-plan suite at 812 sq ft, while the two available spaces on the second floor measure 1074 sq ft and 1520 sq ft. Each has gas central heating, suspended ceilings with recessed lighting, skirting trunking and kitchenette facilities. As well as allocated on site car parking, tenants can also use nearby public pay and display spaces.

The ground floor retail units measure 606 sq ft and 984 sq ft and are suitable for A2 uses, which covers professional and financial services.
