2.87 acres of development land sold in Northamptonshire

Kirkby Diamond completed a sale of land with planning permission for 27 dwellings in Northamptonshire.
National housebuilder Talbot homes acquired the 2.87 acre site which is located within the Towcester Strategic Urban Extension. Kirkby Diamond acted on behalf of the sellers, Persimmon.
Nathan Andrews, Partner at Kirkby Diamond says: “The site was sold with planning permission approved for 27 dwellings. Despite the mini-budget announcement occurring close to the intended completion date, and the subsequent effects this had on the market, all parties were able to take a composed approach and continue with the transaction with an excellent result for buyer and seller”.
