Kirkby Diamond were instructed to sell a 2,506 sq ft retail unit prominently located within the town centre on behalf of a long-standing client.
We were then subsequently appointed to let the property on behalf of the new owner who is a private investor within the town.
The property consists of ground and first floor retail space and basement storage.
