Acquisition of new headquarters on behalf of FM specialist

Kirkby Diamond were appointed to acquire new headquarters on behalf of a large facilities management firm Churchill Group.
Churchill Group have taken 7,650 sq ft of new offices at Cedar House in Capability Green. Eamon Kennedy negotiated a lease assignment of an existing interest held by Marriott Hotels.
Capability Green is the regions premier business location and is prominently situated off Junction 10 of the M1.
