Acquisition of Aldi Site on Gypsy Lane, Luton

Kirkby Diamond sold the site on behalf of Venue 360 and subsequently agreed a pre-let to Aldi on behalf of the new owners.

The developer won its battle over planning permission to build a supermarket at Gypsy Lane, Luton, on disused land acquired from leisure operator Venue 360. Around 45 permanent jobs are expected to be created by Aldi.
