Kirkby Diamond acquired 20,150 sq ft of office accommodation on behalf of Grand Union Housing.
Kents Hill Business Park is strategically located for rapid access to regional and national road and rail networks.
The completion of the K2 building signalled the second phase in the development of Kents Hill Business Park. K2 consists of approx. 42,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over two floors, with a landscaped internal courtyard.
