Letting completed to Screwfix on industrial unit in Flitwick

Screwfix has successfully completed its 10-year search for a new store in a Bedfordshire town. They are set to launch one of their popular trade counters in Flitwick, after agreeing a deal to lease two adjoining industrial units.

Eamon Kennedy acted on behalf of two private investors that own the units at Lyall Court, Flitwick Industrial Estate. One of the units was not being openly marketed.
