Letting to kitchen showroom business completed in Stony Stratford

RS Kitchens Design Studio has taken a five-year lease on a prime retail unit on the High Street in Stony Stratford.

RS Kitchens has a store in Bedford and designs, supplies and installs high quality kitchens.

Nick Bosworth, agency surveyor at Kirkby Diamond, said: “RS Kitchens approached our team and said that they wanted to open a new showroom in Stony Stratford, which is an attractive market town north of Milton Keynes.

“The High Street location of the retail unit is ideal for the company and helps to diversify the retail offering, drawing shoppers to the town. There hasn’t been a kitchen showroom in the town for many years, so it will be a very welcome addition. It demonstrates that retail premises in quality market towns are still in high demand.”
