Letting to Plumbing Merchant at Bilton Way, Luton

Independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant Williams Trade Supplies Ltd, which has 39 branches across England and Wales, has agreed a lease on unit 49, a 5,703 sq ft mid terrace trade counter.

Bilton Way industrial estate consists of 47 industrial/warehouse units totalling approximately 410,000 sq ft. Occupiers include Edmundson Electrical, Screwfix, City Plumbing and Viovet.
