Acquisition and lettings at Percival House, London Luton Airport

March 30, 2022

Kirkby Diamond sold Percival House and was subsequently instructed by the new owners to project manage the refurbishment. We are now marketing the office space to let.

Hampton Brook has invested £10 million in transforming the 36,000 sq ft three-storey office building, which was left vacant when Monarch Airlines collapsed in 2017, bringing it up to Grade A specification.

Approximately 12,155 sq ft on the second floor has been let to London Luton Airport Operations Ltd (LLAOL) on a 20-year lease.
