Kirkby Diamond have completed an acquisition of a shop let to a national pharmacy chain.
The freehold unit which is located on Watling Street in Towcester, has been acquired by a longstanding private investor client for an undisclosed sum.
The unit which is occupied by Lloyds Pharmacy comprises 3,823 sq ft of space and is held on a 6 year lease from December 2021.
