Acquisition and subsequent letting of units at Scott Road, Luton

A development of 16 industrial units was acquired by Kirkby Diamond on behalf of a private investor. Kirkby Diamond are retained to provide property management and asset management advice. We are retained as sole appointed agents. The site totals 79,113 sq ft of industrial space – Plus 1.6 acres of development land.

Kirkby Diamond were subsequently instructed on the estate to let the units.
