Our Industrial & Logistics team has completed the sale of a substantial site in Olney for in excess of £2.5 million.

The acquisition at Stilebrook Road marks a significant expansion for the business and provides an industrial site with warehouse, offices and mezzanine on a site of circa 2.0 acres. The deal was led by Paul Quy and is the second major transaction completed in Olney in the past six months.
