A leading gifts retailer has wrapped up a multi-million-pound investment in Buckinghamshire by acquiring a distribution warehouse unit.

The 55,000 sq ft warehouse – known as MK:55 sits on a 2.5-acre site, has a secure gated yard, loading via two ground floor level loading doors to main warehouse and two to the high bay section, with two-storey offices and parking for around 33 cars.

Kirkby Diamond was acting on behalf of a global distribution company in the sale of the freehold premises.
