Industrial unit acquired, let & investment sold

A new build industrial estate consisting of 13 industrial/ warehouse units let by Kirkby Diamond.

Kirkby Diamond was subsequently appointed as joint agents on the sale of the investment and a local authority acquired the fully let industrial estate for an undisclosed sum.
